Not likely. Right now, we don’t have a Lt. Governor, and we’re not even sure who’s going to be the Senate Majority Leader, which is also the acting Lt. Governor.
Then again, going without a governor for a while probably isn’t the worst thing that can happen to us. Might even be a refreshing change.
Here's a chance to really give 'em a taste of Europe ~ TWO Parliaments at once ~ with the House fighting the Senate for control of the hearts and minds of the populace.
Without a Governor you could have it ~ the kind of treachery and political comedy possible in such an arrangement would keep Obama off TV news.
