Mumbai's Aftermath: Euphemisms, Apologetics, and Double Standards Becloud War on Terrorism

The horrific slaughter in Mumbai of almost 200 innocents and/injury of 300 by terrorists shouting "Allah Akbar!" has already been morphed by the international media into the murky realm of euphemism&apologetics. Al Jazeera and Guardian label the Al Qaeda-associated Islamist terrorists responsible as "gunmen"; CNN calls them "militants." Some identified the cause asthe Kashmir dispute. Others/renowned guru Deepak Chopra concluded it's the result of "collateral-damage" caused by Washington's war-on-terrorism...

But where then does the especially blood-thirsty attack on Mumbai's Nariman-Chabad House fit into this puzzle palace? New York Times theorized Chabad House may have been an "accidental hostage scene."

This speculation follows in the ignominious footsteps of the BBC, which initially chose to HIDE the Jewish character of the target by describing it as just "an office building," of Britain's Channel4, which claimed that the terrorists showed "a wanton disregard for race or creed," and Al Jazeera, which refused to show Chabad House as the site of the carnage...

...Finally, Pakistan Times explained it all. Mumbai was "a false flag operation" by Israel's Mossad agents disguised, apparently, as bearded rabbis and mothers nursing babies.

* The Times of India reported that some terrorists, claiming to be Malaysian students, rented nearby space in order to scout out Chabad.

* The Indian doctor who conducted the post mortems related in a shaken voice that: ""Of all the bodies, the Israeli victims bore the maximum torture marks. It was clear that they were killed on the 26th (day1 of attacks) itself. It was obvious that they were tied up and tortured before they were killed.""

* The only captured terrorist, Ajmal Kamal, confessed under interrogation that his fellow murderers were specifically ordered to target Jews killed at Chabad.

As a matter of fact, this is just now coming from India. This, TOO, will be ignored or glossed over by BBC, CNN, NYT, LAT, WASHPOST, NPR and all the other pieces of absolute propagandistic crap!

NEW DELHI: Terrorists who carried out the Mumbai attacks were shown video footage of Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi and VHP's Praveen Togadia "spitting venom" against jihad and Pakistan as motivational tools, arrested terrorist Ajmal Amir Kasav has told his interrogators. Ajmal's interrogation report says the terrorists were also shown footage of the "Gujarat carnage and atrocities on Muslims" in India to rouse religious indignation. Ajmal's interrogators said he had received rigorous training and had been primed for fidayeen attacks. He and others in the training camps were subjected to severe beatings by their trainers to develop resistance against any kind of interrogation. Ajmal also revealed the names of nine other terrorists who carried out the Mumbai attacks and were killed in various places. "The nine names revealed by Ajmal reflects that the youngest fidayeen was 20 years old while the eldest was 28. They were identified by Ajmal as Soheb (20), Chota Abdul Rahman (21), Umar (22), Abu Ali (23), Fahadullah (24), Ismail Khan (25), Bada Abdul Rahman (25), Abu Akasha (26), Umair (28). Fahadullah was crippled in one hand," a cop who interrogated Ajmal said. The terror group which attacked Mumbai was imparted training at various camps and in different groups. Before assembling near Karachi, the 10 terrorists had never met each other, Ajmal claimed. They met for the first time in September. Ajmal said Lashkar's Zakiur Rahman alias Chachu was their mentor but several others were involved in imparting training at various stages. He named some of them as Mufti Sayeed, Fahadullah, Ustad Abdul Rahman and Abu Anus who gave them maritime training and taught use of weapons and grenades. Investigators said that of those named by Ajmal as tutors, many had retired from Pakistan Army and were imparting training at Lashkar camps in coordination with ISI. The terrorists had to undergo a long and rigorous training schedule before heading for Mumbai. Ajmal said their first training session had started in December last year. He told interrogation that their training was intensified after the assassination of PPP leader Benazir Bhutto in Rawalpindi on December 27.

These were ISLAMIST TERRORIST JIHADI, no two ways about it. Tell the truth Worldwide Media!!!!

The US has no time for this nonsense. We’re in full Obama thrill mode. Every glossy magazine has the great one, alone, or en famille on its cover. Gushing, fawning so called interviews...with the occasional threat from the fair Michelle as to what her husband intends to do to this country. Who cares about India and Pakistan and Islamic Jihadist mischief, anyway. It’s on the other side of the world. On the other hand, it’s fodder for CNN wall to wall coverage, way better than a car chase, and much more entertaining for the ignorant masses. But no matter, come January, Obama will solve everything. He’ll sit down and talk to murderous thugs, give them whatever they want, and we’ll be told we have ‘peace in our time’.
