Obama will not be president if he doesn’t come up with his birth certificate.

It appears the Justices will order a stay against the EC until he does...And he can’t since he doesn’t have a legitimate one.

“...and he stood by her.”

And then, when it was over, he tried to throw her under the bus which didn’t work trying to blame her for his lose.

What a spoiled brat of jerk with an ego bigger than the universe claiming it was her fault and not his that he lost.

I thought yesterday was his deadline to show it.

I was smiling from ear to ear when Saxby was being interviewed locally last night.

He gave full credit to Gov. Palin AND he said he realized his votes on shAMNESTY, the BAILOUT and the FARM PROTECTION bills was why an “easy win” turned into a “runoff” for him.

Then the local announcer says something stupid like he won because the Independents voted for him this time. Yeah, right!

The Indys did cost him the General, their votes were 3.4% of the General, but they DID NOT give him the win last night. CONSERVATIVES did!

It’s a complicated mess for my non-lawyer mind.

I’ll see if I can find some of the articles because I did not save them but will send them to you if I find them. They are all here on FR.

The bottom line is that Obama’s people didn’t show up to court on Monday. Can you imagine?

Berg immediately filed other legal papers. I now don’t know one paper from another. There are so many, and I am not a lawyer.

Hopefully other Freepers can help in this matter.

Anyway, the big day is going to start on Friday.

It appears, and it can only go this way in my belief, there is going to be a “stay” put on the EC until Obama shows proof of citizenship. Therefore, the EC will not be meeting on 15 Dec. if Obama does not come forth with a vault certified copy or original of his birth certificate.

And because of the MSM and ACORN it is even more important for the conservative movement to coalesce around one candidate as early as possible in the lead-up to 2012, once it has been established that person clearly is the ‘people’s choice’. If that person is Sarah Palin, and I hope it is, so be it. but if someone else emerges that has conservative credentials and can be perceived to deliver the GOP to the ‘promised land’ in 2012 let him or her be designated. Please, oh please, do not let happen what occurred last time-splitting your votes among several candidates so a moderate like John McCain could come up the middle.

I know I’m speaking selfishly, but I wish that Barr, Baldwin, & Keyes would’ve had a come-to-Jesus moment just before the election. If they’d concluded that saving our republic was more important than small power struggles, they could have endorsed PALIN/mccain. Many of their supporters could have gone GOP.

I know. I know. America is all about multiple parties, etc. Just thinking, though.

OTOH, if Keyes’ issue re Hussein’s BC has any success, I guess I can forgive him. (I actually almost voted for Keyes.)

LOL. And I thought this race was supposed to be close.

Someone should change Sarah's name to "The Closer."

I’m sorry Ma’am, but RINO politicians are saying the GOP must run to the left (translation: so-called moderates who are willing to accept what ever crumbs the demrats throw their way). In short be more like the demrats. Sen. McBipartisan and RNC leaders are savaging Gov. Palin. She is a conservative. But the main reason they are disparaging her is that she beat the Alaskan GOP machine. The Belt Way GOP go along-get alongers fear her more than they do demrats.

Political suicide for thinking conservatives is relying on the GOP as their vehicle to achieving political power. The GOP has refused to run a conservative candidate for president since Ronald Reagan. Bush I was no conservative. Bush II turned out to be more moderate than conservative. And then we have the McBipartisan travesty.
Finally, as I said above, we have the RINO GOP leadership trying to pin the blame for McCain’s loss on Gov. Palin. Fact is, until McCain selected her for Veep, his campaign was going nowhere. I, along with many other conseratives, had not intended to vote for him until he selected Palin. She drew the crowds and she is still drawing them. Meanwhile, McCain and other RINOs are nuzzeling up to the Marxist Onada’s boots to lick up any scrap The Messiah allows to fall to the floor.

And please, don’t give me the hero BS. That was then. Now is now. I’m retired US Army. My son is a career soldier.
Been in 17 years and is now a Sergeant Major. Deployed to harms way four times. Been shot at and has killed. It has been sad to see McCain, once a great patriot and warrior, debase himself on the horns of political expediency.

The GOP is not the conservative party. Conservatives are really not welcome at its table. But most importantly it has ceased to be in opposition to the demrat party. That is dangerous for America—let alone people who continue to believe in the US Constitution and the framework it provided for building the greatest nation in the world.

Thank you for your service and also the service of your son. There is no way to express thanks adequately.

The GOP has refused to run a conservative candidate for president since Ronald Reagan.

It is the Republican voters who ultimately choose the candidate. Was I happy about McCain? Absolutely not. I'll never forget his campaign/finance debacle. I couldn't believe I actually brought myself to vote for him but I happily did in the end as he did choose a good VP candidate and he looked pretty darned good compared to the Marxist/Muslim alternative.

I am proud I voted for him.

We're starting the new cycle all over again. We must get in there and work for the guys (or gals) we want to be viable candidates.

Living in Iowa, we have a disproportionate amount of power in choosing the next candidate. The rest of the country doesn't understand the direct access we have to those considering a run for the WH. We actually meet these people on a one-one basis. Admittedly, I'm very poor at choosing a winner. Iowa does a good job of choosing the top three and weeding out the bottom ones but we're not very good about choosing the ultimate winner. The rest of the country has to do that.

My favorites now are Palin, Jindahl, and Sanford.

In the absense of any other info, I agree on those three. However, my first pick is Sarah Palin. I will wager a case of your favorite beverage that the GOP locks Palin out because (1) she defeated its surrogate in Alaska and (2) she has a track record as a genuine conservative.

OK. We were going good until you said the GOP will lock out Palin. Please tell me who and how they are going to do that. From the steady parade of candidates we have coming to Iowa, I don’t see that anyone shuts out anyone.
