I may not know the details fully but why is the revision in the lower left corner have a revision date of Nov, 2001? And why the word LASER?
Can someone tell me how in 1961 this would be on the ORIGINAL document?
My birth certificate from Boston is 5 years younger, more advanced than Hawaii was in record keeping yet looks like its from the 1800’s.
Somthing stinks here.
The forger stinks- he could have at least consulted with Mary Mapes, who could write book about “Forgery of Official Documents for Dummies”
