My company is using the term: "Winter Event". We're having pot-luck lunches on certain days to celebrate the "Winter Event".

I asked one of the bosses: "What "Winter Event" are we celebrating? We're in Florida so it can't be snow."

She just stood there with a blank expression and didn't answer the question.
