If the SCOTUS doesn't intervene, it spells the END of constitutional law in the USA. And... they are out of a job. Who needs a SCOTUS when we have a legislator and a dictator? Look at Latin America. The supreme courts are organs of the leftist legislatures. Not the free and independent “third branch” we were led to believe.
