The SCOTUS has to at least hear this case to avert a Constitutional crisis of epic proportion. Yes, how soon would it be till the first suit aginst an executive order or federal legislation signed by BHO-II, claiming it wasn't valid?

Exactly.
Take the case and get it over now. Don’t come back later and say “golly gee willikers, we should have decided this earlier.”
I’d feel better and so would you if we at least knew that we threw everything at it that our framers gave us.
