I don’t agree that he is fearful of anything. Remember he is an arrogrant narcissist and as such he is above it all ( in his own mind) and won’t concern himself with this. He has sent minions to do his dirty deeds and like Pilot, has washed his hands of it all..not unlike the Clinton tactics..
