You are very narrow minded. ALL stores had Black Friday sales. Because of the crowd at this store, it may be because that Wal*Mart sold their products at a lower cost and your are aware that people are trying to stretch their dollars further. Bet Macy’s didn’t have that big of a crowd.

Of course, so Macy's didn't need to take additional crowd-control steps. Wal-Mart did.

Wal-Mart knew they would attract this sort of crowd and still failed to take reasonable steps to control it. Obviously they should be liable to the family of the employee who was killed, and probably to members of the crowd who were significantly injured, too.
