I agree that WalMart will be sued and it will be settled.
And, I agree that WalMart should implement better procedures.
BUT, this same sale was conducted across the USA on the same day at the same local times, and yet only this one crowd trampled an employee to death.
The original story also said a woman miscarried as a result of the stampede. Didn’t say if it was an employee or customer. If the latter, one has to wonder why on God’s green earth would a pregnant woman would go to such an event.
