1. He is right. This BC stuff is all crap. Even if any of it is true it is just weird. His mama was American and thats enough for me. Then I, for one, am glad you are not involved in anything regarding this issue because you are wholly uninformed on this issue. His mama might have been American, but being that she was married to a non-citizen and birthed a child with a non-citizen, her child does not get automatic natural born status since she was only 18 and did not meet the CONSTITUTIONAL requirements to transfer this gem to her offspring.

Leave out the word "CONSTITUTIONAL" and that's all correct. The Constitution is silent on the requirement for natural born citizenship. But the law when BHO II was born did require the Citizen parent to be at least 19 in order for the child, if born abroad, to be a "Citizen at birth"
