With O's tax plans, I'm expecting it to really nosedive just before the end of the year as people try to get all their financial dealings taken care of in the 2008 tax year.
Who knows what is going to happen in '09 tax wise.
I think most of us know, we just don't want to accept our fate yet.....
If it's like the BillyJeff tax increase, it will apply retroactively, so one may not be finished looking at the '08 tax year as one "closes the books" on 12/31/08.
