Never confuse "the will of the nation" with what you hear from the media. Surely you've been reading about the brisk upturn in gun sales...
We survived the all the riots in the 60's, 70's, and 80's...and even the Katrina looting...and we'll make it through it again. They just all need new digital TV sets and stuff from the stores, when the looting is done, they'll go home.
