If he's ineligible, he's ineligible. It doesn't matter who files the lawsuit. They're right.
What's the point of disparaging the person just because of how they earn a living?

What's the point of disparaging the person just because of how they earn a living? If you don't have the law, argue the facts. If you don't have the facts, attack the messenger.
