Just because one party’s candidate is invalidated doesn’t invalidate the whole election. The president would be chosen from the remaining candidates.

And today when they announce her choice as his SOS she should say she “gladly accepts his offer......pending his proof of eligibility to take the oath of office of POTUS”.

You know I’ve said this a few times on this site.I still can’t understand why the Clintons didnt discover this or insist on this prior to the nomination
