This is how it is going to go down: Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Roberts will likely seek to correctly interpret the “natural born” clause. The four die hard libs will seek to ensure that BHO is found eligible without regards to the facts. That leaves the entire decision in Kennedy’s hands. He will do what he always does and look to International Law. Not all IL, just the ones that favor whatever decision he wants to make. Kennedy will then decide that BHO is not actually a natural born citizen but that the constitutional clause is no longer useful as it was originally included to restrict someone with British loyalty from becoming POTUS. Therefore “it’s all good.”

This is exactly right. If they can find the right to "privacy" to promote abortions, they can, and will, make up anything they want, regardless of what the Constitution actually says (or does not say).
