“That’s why I think courts will not touch it”

You need to read the article. This will NEVER go away unless it is resolved. In any criminal case resulting from a law signed by Barry; the defense will say that the law is invalid because Barry isn't President. They will force the subpoena of his birth certificate, because a criminal defendant ALWAYS has standing!

Never thought of that! Beautiful. We must all remember this in case we are incarcerated in the near future for "clinging" to our "guns and God".

I dont care if it goes away, so far it’s not well known. I am just saying Bush vs Gore was over a very close election 2000 and it caused endless complaints of over-ruling the public. Obama had a much larger win so Supreme Court will not want to over-rule a much larger electoral win. And what would they possibly do to remedy it? Appoint McCain? Re-election without Obama? Can you imagine a 5-4 ruling along party lines? Not a pretty situation, imaginary as it is.
