Without more coal (such as the low-sulfur Utah coal sequestered by Clinton in 1993), and a big investment in beefing up the electrical distribution infrastructure, it ain't happenin'. It would be just like these limosine leftwing windbags to saddle employers with the burden of paying to charge employees' electric go-carts -- during the peak hours, no less -- as a way of, you know, getting rid of even more American jobs, non-manufacturing jobs at that.
