I am not trying to spam with a vanity but Leo is always worth hearing. His case is supposed to reviewed this coming Friday at SCOTUS to see if it will move forward to be heard by the full court.

A few people have asked me if I know Leo or if I am involved in the case an dthe answer is no. His case may be one of the most important in the last 50 years and may determine if the Constitution will be defended.

APPARENTLY, the South Carolina Board of Elections has contacted the DEMS demanding that they provide documentation that Obama was eligible to be on the ballot.

This show tonight was billed on another thread as news that was going to make all of jump for joy, it was going to knock our socks off, "it's over folks"!

I kept waiting for the jumping for joy, knocking my socks off and the "it's over folks" part, but got nothing except S.C. is asking for verification of eligibility and an update on the Supreme Court web site.

Very disappointing after the build up.
