Just my guess. No judge will overturn the election no matter how this turns out. That being said, have fun with this. Remember how long democrats said GWB was selected? Some held on past 2004.
That's an indictment on our judicial system. They won't follow the law that they swore to uphold, pretty sad.
So the Constitution gets thrown out because political correctness over-rules it?
I agree. No matter how compelling a story and regardless of the truth, I can’t see a court overturning the election. (I can wish though...)
We’re not asking anybody to overturn the election. We’re just asking that 0 not be permitted *serve* as POTUS if not natural born.
I also remember how we were ridiculed by staying on top of "Rathergate", and that it would never go anywhere.....
You either play the hand you're dealt, or fold.
I have that fear in my gut, as well, but...
Assuming it's clearly established that he's not a natural-born citizen, exactly HOW would a court go about totally ignoring the constitution, which is exactly what must be done if he's allowed to take office? The rule of law would be truly meaningless in the USA.

But he hasn’t been elected yet.
Judge will not overturn election and give it to McCain. If BO is disqualified before the Electoral College meets, the EC can select another person per their state’s direction. The person selected will be a Democrat because most of the delegates are Dems, and it will be anyone other than BO. Thus Biden can be selected or Clinton. If the EC meets and selects BO because he has all the delegates, and the court decides BO is not qualified, only Congress can remove BO per the impeachment process.
No...some are STILL hanging on to that to this very day...I just got into an argument with two friends/acquaintances when they said that a couple of days before the election...THIS year.
From is legal point of view, this is a totally different case than Bush v. Gore. That much is obvious. The only thing they have in common are that they are what lawyers call "cases of first impression," meaning nothing even remotely close to the particular set of facts in the case has or had ever been adjucated before.
No judge will overturn the election...
Sadly, you may well be correct on that. There has been a distinct lack of courage on the part of the judiciary in supporting the Constitution, and it has been apparent for decades. But one possible result that wouldn't quite overturn the election is to declare The Annointed One constitutionally ineligible for POTUS and to declare Joe Biden as president via the Twentieth Amendment.

I concur. It reminds me of tax protesters going to court. Judges do not even want to hear their evidence and basically say “everybody has to pay taxes” and throw their case out, even if it may have merit.
A good reason is that a win by one of them could collapse the economy and the country.
Likewise here. Think Watts times 10,000. It would be HUGE. It would make the “Bush stole Florida” croud look like pikers.
That is not an option.
