If they appoint a special reelection between now and January 20th and it’s not over before then who is President in the meantime? Does Bush remain in office? OR WORST CASE SCENARIO PRESIDENT PELOSI?

Highly unlikely that we are having a run-off. Article XII (that's 120 of the Constitution says that Biden is Acting President until SCOTUS can straighten this out. Either Barry is a natural born citizen and qualifies to serve or he's not. If he's not, McCain was the next highest vote getter so he's it. There is no provision for special election.

BUT... the electors (all Democratic Party hacks) COULD just elect Hillary because Barry is becoming way too controversial. Then its Hillary as President and Biden as VP.

It all depends on who SCOTUS says has the duty to confirm Barry's qualifications. If its Cheney (President of the Senate per Constitution) then its McCain as runner up (kind of like the Miss America thing) if SCOTUS leaves it up to the state electors, they either thumb nose at the Constitution and vote for Barry (triggering a huge Constitutional crisis) or they suddenly and quite unexpectedly, grow some nads and vote for Hillary (she has the grass roots strength to pull this off and her people are mostly in place anyway).

Should be an interesting week!
