Yes, SmallGovRepub, there is an idea that the potential for harm can be curbed or contained, sometimes by size. But size doesn't determine justice. It's the other way around. And if a law is good, such as laws against murder, it is good for all, not just a few. Good laws require broad application.

I’m not sure what you are trying to say. Are you? Do you think that people who believe in limiting the size and scope of the federal government as was the intent of our forefathers believe murder should be legal? That we should be a country with no laws? What do you mean that size doesn’t determine justice, it’s the other way around?
