I grew up in an environment similar to that. Don't be surprised if your children start acting out against this kind of rigid control. Don't get me wrong. They're yours to raise any you wish. Just note the voice of experience here. That's all I'm saying.
My kids went to public school and watched television, and they voted a straight Republican ticket this time. None of them drinks or takes drugs (one has an occasional drink, but very little), and none can abide liberals for more than about thirty seconds. They turned out just fine, IMHO.

..and why would they when they have been loved and reared according to God's plan.
The only instance I know of (growing up) of the type of rebellion you mention was when the girl (mother never married the father or maybe was divorced) but was over zealous in religious rules...dogmatic to the nth degree...never trusted her daughter.
On the other hand ....having grown up in an environment where right and wrong is critically discussed - they might be able to be in society without succumbing to it.
I have seen a homeschooling Dad who was STRICT - such that strictness was shown more than love - and several children, when adult, rebelled. But when love is on display continually, there becomes a real reason and understanding for strictness that the children discern - and it becomes a valuable lesson learned - and that lesson isn’t taught by the parents, but it is caught by the kids.
We have 3 grown children who were home schooled until college age. The oldest - our daughter, is now an ICU nurse at the local hospital - and also a Nurse 2LT in the Army Reserve. The second oldest - a son, is attending Naval PostGrad School after graduation from the United States Naval Academy and commissioning as an Ensign. The third is a Private First Class in the Army, with the 82nd Airborne, and his unit deploys to Iraq next week. All three seem to be doing quite well - working in society while maintaining a proper Christian walk! At this point, there is little reason to think that they will depart from the path that they are on.
Their children are already grown, (this article cites 27 years of raising children). I’ve heard too many parents excuse the trollop and punk behavior of their children with the “possible rebellion” excuse. We had the opposite experience with our son, who is a prime example of a “liberal” arts education. Democrat, politically correct, socialistic, which is the more frequent experience. - If I had it to do over, I’d homeschool even though there weren’t the curriculums available back then for homeschooling parents (a foreign concept back then).
