Sounds like the entrenched big-government powers are a little scared. Sounds like as long as they aren’t ‘recognized’, they might be able to ignore the open meeting laws, and actually get something accomplished.

Well, read about the Spanish companies that have an interest in the TTC: Is Texas the New El Dorado of Spanish Companies? Yep, Citi took a bailout and now they're investing it in foreign companies that want to toll our public infrastructure!
