Congress stopped living by the Constitution a long time ago. Where do you get the idea if will be faithful to it now? Obama's inauguration is a done deal and it doesn't matter if he's not a natural-born citizen. To even raise the issue is racist and to the courts the issue is non-justiciable.

SCOTUS is the 3rd branch - judicial, legislative and executive. This situation was caused by abuse from lkeg & Exec (to be). SCOTUS needs to stop the cram down by Leg & Exec.
