Now, whatever you think of the outcome, this process is not "being governed at the will of whichever tyrant is running the government according to whatever rules they see fit".

It is Obama who has imposed his will by refusing to publically prove his eligibility, and (as a matter of fac) refuses to engage in any act of self-definition regarding his past, including school and medical records.

Further, by promulgating what has been judged a forgery by several people, Obama has set the stage to take the office by fiat - because he refuses to disclose probative information regarding who and/or what he is.
