Pakistan is %100 responsible.
For years Pakistan has been aware that they have a very large insurgent problem and have done next to nothing to eliminate it.
Fact is there are many within the Pakistan govt. that have outwardly supported the mooselimb rebels.
Looking for at least one more war between India and pakistan, and this one will be a doosey.
Then I think India has the right and duty to do to Pakistan what we have done with Iraq to overthrough and clean up that country. It’s easy for me to say so, but I don’t see any other way.
