Feet laid flat. Only the untrained has their toes straight down and heels straight up.
The Indian Army are doing this to standard.

That is one of the best parts of posting these threads.
One thing that has been clear from the beginning of this (and also with the pirate ship a week or two back) Indians have GUTS.
Some Israeli commandos came in to help, I understand, and these folks, also with Indian fire & rescue people, just took mastery of this situation, when you consider the incredible scope of the area, the chaos, etc. They saved 120 hostages, killed terrorists, and lost some of their own lives in the process.
