Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural born citizen. He is the legitimately elected President of the United States.
He may well have been born in HI but you can’t prove it anymore than those saying he wasn’t can prove he wasn’t.
As far as ‘legitimately elected President of the United States’ that isn’t the case as of yet. As of this date the Electors haven’t voted and the US Congress hasn’t certified the votes.. Until those two events occur Obama doesn’t fit your description.
