Yup, Hawaii is different. Birth certificates are released only to persons with a ‘tangible interest’ in the record. The officials in charge seem to regard only relation by blood as the basis for a ‘tangible interest’, or at very least do not regard the verification of meeting Constitutional requirements to serve as POTUS are giving citizens or even electors a ‘tangible interest’ in viewing birth certificates.
Would’nt McCain have a tangible interest in Zero’s birth certificate? Or is’nt presidency of the USA worthwhile tangible?
