I’m not surprised. I used to have a photo account at Photobucket and I had no problems there until Google either bought it outright or bought into it. None of my photos violated their TOS but there were several photos of Islam that were less than flattering. Suddenly one day, I could not get into my account and was told my account had been banned for violating the TOS. I could never get an answer about which photos were in violation. Even worse, I could not get in to retrieve my photos, which numbered over 2,000. They told me to get a court order and were very nasty about it.
I didn’t want to spend several thousand dollars on a lawyer. I was able to find about 75% of the photos but it was very time-consuming.
Now I keep my photos at FOTKI and have had no problems. But I do keep a backup file of most of the photos just in case.
I don’t know why they gave you a forbidden listing but I assume the same thing will happen to my website eventually, too: http://barenakedislam.wordpress.com
You’re welcome. My only other thought on this is at comment #96.
