Glad you are confidant of that. I am not and would like a legal entity to verify this. Unless you consider someone posting something on a website as legal proof. I don’t even think that would be acknowledged in a court of law as evidence.

The case would be stronger if people could post some actual evidence that he wasn't born in Hawaii. He says he was. The state says they have his original birth certificate on file. Nobody's come up with anything showing otherwise. Until they do then what is the Supreme Court supposed to rule on? "May it please the court, we don't think Obama was born here and we don't have any evidence so we expect him to prove it?" Doesn't work that way.
