I can see some counter-arguments brought up by people that the Court may not wish to get involved on this issue: but if that happens, every issue Obama acts on will be seen as many as “what right have you got to do this?” if it be social, fiscal, international issues. Let’s hope we fight tooth and nail whatever policies he would put forth.
