When I visited India in 1995 (my husband is from Bangalore) I was astonished at the depth of hatred many Indians have for Pakistan...and Muslims. I've been told that is reciprocated by the Pakistanis...if crazy enough elements gained control of the country (a likelihood if Iran/Russia/China are pulling strings in the background) then yes, I do believe that nuclear weapons would not be out of the question. These people are certifiably insane! I think if they gained national powers, anything and everything will be used to achieve their goals--namely KILL ALL INFIDELS NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES! Muslims invaded India starting a couple hundred years after Mohammed and really got going around 1100 or so (I could be off by a century here or there). They subjugated much of India to horrific genocide, slavery, theft of resources, destruction of temples, and forced conversion of countless Hindus, Buddhists, Christians and Jains.

If Indians hate Muslims, there are damn good reasons, and if the Muslims would act nice, things might be different. But they don’t. The problem is all on the Muslim side. AFAIAC, Indians don’t hate Muslims enough.

I am sure you know that Pakistan was carved out of India.

Just remember that this is what Biden had in mind for Iraq.

Partition is another system for ethnic cleansing and leaves bitter hatred.
