They keep getting more and more lawsuits, they will. Especially if the evidence of forgery gets in front of them.

When Ginsburg rejects the petition, can he submit it to any Justice? So could he submit it to Thomas or Scalia?

For those who are not following Donofrio’s case:

Leo thinks the way Cort’s case is structured, it’s even STRONGER than Leo’s case!

Cort will argue, among other things, that Obama has fraudulently displayed an irrelevant document claiming it validated his claim to Natural born Citizenship when in fact it does not. That will then “open the door” for review by the SCOTUS.

They also have found a previous SCOTUS case that is stronger than what they’ve found up to this point.
