Ration what you have. At some point, there will be an all clear.

Ok, you have enough to keep body and soul together until daylight!

do you have any butter or cooking oil to scramble the eggs? if so, do that. Everyone gets some of the scrambled eggs on a piece of the bread, toasted. Butter the bread lightly, if you have the butter.

Thaw the fish, use a bit of the milk to cook it up, and use some of the bread, crumbled into crumbs to thicken the “soup”. A bit of butter and any seasoning you have (salt, pepper, herbs?)

Save the mutton for later.

That should hold you till morning.

The first three ingredients=french toast if you have fat or oil of some sort to cook it in. A little honey or syrup on top and you have a real treat. Any fat on the mutton? It would serve as a cooking fat. I know it's not real savory, but hunger is the best of sauces.

If you lose electricity put the milk and mutton in the freezer with the fish and keep it closed.

No carbs? (Rice, flour or other grains or grain products) If you do, use most of the perishables first. The carbs will store, especially if you have a power failure.

How do you cook? Electricity or piped in natural gas? If you do, what alternatives do you have should you lose them? If you don't, how is the fuel supply? Do you have a tree or furniture you don't value more than your life.

Start thinking of what you can use to meet basic needs and what you will need to use them now. Self defense is a basic need. I know you don't have firearms, officially, but a knife or club ready to hand when needed can make a big difference.
