In Sweden (and Norway - The Oslo police just today told people to stay away from the area around the central station) you have another problem that a laser beam is unable to focus on.
Gangs ruling the streets. Gangs attacking retirements homes in Trollhaettan. Girls being raped. Youngsters being assaulted and robbed.
