Thanks to a bill President –elect Barack Obama help pass in 2006 we will be able to see where some of the billions of tax dollar he will spend will go. Inspired by this bill by Senator T. Colburn and Obama, elected officials at the state level also set up internet sites where taxpayers can now be “fiscal watchdogs”.
