I thought Harris testified that he shot officer Degan in self defense. What evidence was there that Degan was shot by the other officer?

The dog amd the boy were shot by the FBI overwatch team in the same action where they shot one of their own. They were shot by Federal Marshals, who were "sneaking and peaking" around after the BATFers had lied to them about how "dangerous" the Weaver family was.
