There is no chance Bush will pardon these two patrolmen. We will never be allowed to know the real reason why.

Bush will never pardon them for a couple of reasons. One, I think he thinks they should be in jail-interfering with his immigration policy! Two, Pres. Bush never admits an error. It is one of his major failings.
