It depends on where you live- homosexuals tend to cluster in gay-friendly communities. Which makes sense- it would really suck to be gay in rural Oklahoma.
But there is no way homosexuals are 10% of the general population. I suppose we can stretch the definition of who is a homosexual, but I would limit it to someone who is exclusively sexually attracted to their own gender. I've seen studies that suggest maybe 2-3% of the population falls into this category.
Nope. They just have lots of money and no families to care for so they like to mess it up a bit. It just makes it seem like they are everywhere.

Only the homosexual activists agree promote the 10% number.
At a convention 10 years ago, there was a break-out seminar in which noted human behavior scientists provided several valid surveys saying essentially that 2% of the population was homosexual, slightly higher for men, and slightly lower for women.
The problem, as I see it, is that the activists, whom have become a large group in recent years, promote and develop new recruits. Drunken young people are prime targets as are school children. These targets who may not have any same sex attraction before, but after the experience and indoctrination accept it. These activists are a blight on society.
