think Castro had the mob do it in return for being able to use Cuba to run drugs. Castro was tired of Kennedy plotting to kill him. Win Win for Mob and Castro. CIA covered it up to avoid war with Cuba and Russia. Oswald was a fall guy. If Oswald did it why did he avoid a great total body shot as Kennedy APPROACHED the book depository and take a fading head shot? The mob was double crossed by the Kennedy's, the mob got Kennedy elected and help fix the election in Chicago, Sam Giancona didn't like Kennedy messing with Judith Exner there was a lot of people with motives.

Because the slope of the road when the car was moving away from Oswald made it basically a stationary target. Anyway, it doesn’t much matter what Owald’s reasoning was. The forensic evidence speaks for itself.

A Houston St shot is too close. The downward angle is greater. It's actually a crossing shot, And he has to shoot through the limo windcreen or Gov Connally to get to Kennedy.

On Elms st he has a clear line to Kennedy. Between the Depository and the "grassy knoll" the limo is moving almst directly away with no cross movement. And because of the rising ground the downward angle is less.

Or: Maybe Oswald didn't have the guts to shoot Kennedy in the face.
