Where is the mainstream media — or for that matter, any of the media — in regards to the numerous lawsuits being filed contesting Barack Obama's legitimacy to being on a state's ballot — and therefore president? By law, each secretary of state is required to certify the validity of the state's election process. Therefore, since they allowed Barack Obama and John McCain on the election ballots, secretaries of state were certifying that those candidates are natural-born citizens, as per the U.S. Constitution requirement for presidential candidates.
Does the news media believe these lawsuits to be frivolous or do they just ignore them in the hope that they go away? Even this newspaper ignores them and yet it, as the others have, it doesn't have a problem keeping its readers up to date on the lawsuits against Prop. 8 in California.
One of the lawsuits has been submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, appealing a lower court's dismissal. It has been scheduled for discussion at the justices' Dec. 5 conference. Another lawsuit has been filed in California by Alan Keyes. I have heard that there are up to 17 lawsuits filed, but the press is silent.
Would the people of this country rather have an ineligible black president than see the requirements of the U.S. Constitution followed? I am not saying that Obama is ineligible to be president; that is up to the courts to decide. I do see a problem, though, with his reluctance to provide a certified birth certificate. If he had one that proved his citizenship, do we not believe that he would produce it? His reluctance to provide one reminds me of the charged criminal in a trial who refuses to take the stand. The jury can't assume guilt by his reluctance to take the stand but who in their right mind wouldn't have doubts.
If Barack Obama is allowed to become president without proof of being a naturalized citizen, then our U.S. Constitution has become a living document subject to any and all interpretations. This will lead to a state of anarchy and will be a sad day for a once-great nation.

If there were nothing to it, one would think that the “mainstream” media would WANT to cover this, if only to discredit Obama’s opponents as cranks, etc.
Maybe their silence means they are worried about it.

Maybe they are thinking the USSC is just going to throw it out and it will quietly fade away. If the USSC takes it, I don’t see how it can be ignored.
If the preez elect was ANYBODY other than Hussein, this issue would have already been resolved.

Except for the two that you mentioned, the rest are not going anywhere. And the two that were mentioned have problems, one being that the courts are scared to death to bring the issue to trial.
Rush has only mentioned them once, claiming (something like) that he’ll wait until they show some legs.
The sad thing is that ANY document presented at this late date is very suspect . If they did a good job forging it , the whole issue goes away.
The only reason Rather was caught with the TNG issue was because the forgery was poor.
Operatives within the Hawaii State government have had months to create a document.

Proof that Obama is a naturalized citizen would disqualify him from becoming president. The author is playing fast and loose with very specific, Constitutional language. Proof that Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution, on the other hand, would lay all these questions to rest.
I am going to assume that this won’t get covered at all, the MSM does not want to lose viewers or ad sales if they were to even be remotely partisan to these cases.
I am sure that Obamas *Certifigate* is going to haunt him every day that he is in office and all his appointees below him will also know that their new promotion will be voided, so this will get attention soon enough, time stands still for no man.
Rush, Hannity, Ingraham, Levin.....all setting this one out. Each of them have covered more controversial, less researched topics at the drop of a hat. I believe they avoid because at the end of the day, they are trying to protect their cash flow from obama who has them terrified. god forbid they lose their mansions, what a shame...
The evidence is in the open. It’s clear for all to see. The laws are on the books.
Watch as they will be the first on the bash obama bandwagon if the right action is taken at SCOTUS.

This is intentional misdirection. They want to create confusion. Like calling the COLB a “birth certificate”
Not just that, but they actually posted the scans on their website rather than just show them on the TV or show the text that came from them. If they had not posted them, there would be some questions about them and maybe someone could have told from the blurry pictures on the TV that the format didn't look like the official Air Force format from the 1960s, but we wouldn't have had any font analysis, checks on the apparent size of the original paper (the military didn't use 8.5"x11" at the time) and especially the devistating gif file flipping between the CBS version and the Microsoft Word version of the same text. If the networks have learned anything it is to never allow the original documents out of their custody.
I imagine they are plotting about what to do.
I was going to say the same thing; the problem is the MSM are mostly stupid and too lazy to do a little reading and research and that is their main fault and why their newspapers are going broke. Incompetence is the biggest killer of companies; the three auto CEO’s amply demostrated that.
