I find it exceedingly unlikely that SCOTUS will declare Obama an illegitimate candidate. But if it did, I’d expect that we’d see the Electoral College select Biden/Palin.

I find it unlikely too. They will sweep it under the rug “for our own good” to avoid riots.

I find that highly unlikely.

Considering that the majority of the Electors will be Dimicrats it is very unlikely that they will put a conservative Republican in the VP seat.

More likely by far is that you will have a Hillary/Biden or vise versa.

Not holding out much hope either, but would still like it shown if he broke constitutional rules...would weaken him in ‘12.
