"I felt it was no longer a symbol of the country I love, but of Bush and support for his war," said the 48-year-old pharmacist from Cary.

Excuse me Ronnie but most everyone in cogress voted for this war.

Selective memory carries these people only so far.

The subject in the article proves that despite being an affirmative action pharmacist, he still does not understand how government works. US Congress voted for the invasion, voted several times to authorize continuing the mission, and voted against bringing the troops back.

You said a mouthful yankee!
While I am not totally pleased with the administration of G.W. Bush I am TOTALLY and COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with those who rant about the man as if he invented smallpox! I am fast reaching the point of not even pretending to be civil with these dummies who have swallowed Obama’s endlessly repeated line about the, “failed policies of the past eight years when some of the policies began when Bush was barely old enough to shave. How many fools think the whole current financial crisis is literally Bush’s fault? He is not without blame but there are many others who are far more to blame. We have not yet begun to recover from the foolishness of the Clinton years but the majority are blaming all the problems Clinton created on Bush. I tells ya, I am sick and tired of it!
We need to shut down the so-called mainstream media, stop buying newspapers and left-wing magazines, stop watching the alphabet news agencies and we need to start teaching the truth to the young who are now being brainwashed.
