To heck with their discount everybody should pay the same rate, there should be no special privilege from the government or else we are not all equal before the law.

I for one am sick and tired of having to grind up all those preapproved credit card deals and throwing the rest into the trash every week. I had to buy a paper shredder just for that and it is a vast waste of my time to boot. Can I charge anyone for all that.

Junk mail with specific adddresses have bar codes so they are sorted electronically.

In reality, junk mail subsidizes regular mail and is more profitable than regular mail.
