To a part time former horseshoer blacksmith like me it mught be interesting. But then I still have THE MODERN BLACKSMITH by Alexander G. Weygers. It has a small section on Indonesian blacksmiths.

It will probably be available soon on Amazon, as well grad school required reading lists.

Weygers has several books on smithing - I have Custom Tools for Woodworkers; The Recycling, Use, and Repair of Tools; The Making of Tools.

A very cool and very skilled guy.
