From the sounds of it, this prosecutor is pulling one last power play before he leaves office in January. He's obviously angry that he lost his reelection bid, and is acting out his frustrations by indicting Cheney & Gonzales, and being snotty with the Judge who he blames for his election loss. The guy's a whack job.
