There are only two types of citizen recognized in the Constitution: Natural born and Naturalized. If you were born a citizen you are natural born, if you had to go through a process after birth to become a citizen, you are naturalized. The law in effect in 1961 determines whether or not BO was natural born. Boiling it all down, if he was born in Kenya he was not natural born, if born in HI he was natural born. There is no third category of naturalized at birth.
