Question, if Obama is forced out where does the secretary of state fall in a line to vp if Biden takes control?
If Biden becomes President then he nominates a new VP. If 0 and Biden are both out then it goes Speaker of the House (Pelosi), President pro tempore of the Senate (Byrd), then Secretary of State. If 0 and Biden never actually take office then they don't get to fill cabinet posts and the SoS is Condi, if they get into office then even if later removed it would presumably be Clinton. It won't matter unless Biden, Pelosi and Byrd are all impeached or otherwise removed from office pretty much all at once.
